Before any surgery we provide routine preoperative examination.

That includes a clinical examination of the animal´s overall health ( body temperature measurement, assessment of nutritional status, examination of the cardiovascular and respiatory systems). It is also possible to perform laboratory screaning, which consists of a basic hematological and biochemical blood tests, containing liver enzymes, kidney parameters, blood sugar and protein.

In our surgery we use in-house diagnostics, which allows us to instantly obtain blood test results, which in many cases is vital. Examination overall clinical picture of the animal, including blood tests before any surgical surgery significantly reduce the risk of anesthetic complications.
