There is installed a high-performance X-ray machine Gierth HF 80 Plus. By combining X-ray cassettes with different amplifying films, is possible to take pictures of animals from a few tens of grams up to a weight of 50 kg. 

To determine the maximum sharpness by using a secondary aperture, which is injected into the running segment X-ray table type Tablix N. This screen allows one to achieve high-quality X-ray projections, which are especially necessary when making X-ray images of hips and elbows. 

X-rays images are developed by Agfa Curix 60 machine, which is located in the next room (X-ray development room). Assisting people receive protective equipment - lead aprons and gloves.
